The shepherds, who spent their solitary lives caring for their flocks, were a familiar part of the local countryside. In a long-gone way of life, you’ll hear about the many tasks carried out by the shepherds during the year – folding, lambing, sheep washing, dipping, and attending the sheep fairs – all illustrated with locally taken photos including some of the Seven Sisters Country Park.
