Join Ranger Laura for a morning chalk grassland walk, where you’ll learn the basics of wildflower identification using different techniques.

You’ll take a gentle walk through rolling chalk grassland hills, when the plants are at the height of their flowering season, identifying wildflowers as we go. Discover the beauty of delicate chalk grassland flowers, why chalk grassland is such an important habitat, and more about the species it supports.

This walk will involve walking up some hills. Please wear suitable footwear for grassland walking; bring suncreen, hats, waterproofs suitable for the weatther!
